Before I became The Business Attaché, I spent years behind corporate desks; Financial Services, Telecoms, HR, Training, climbing a ladder that felt more like a greasy pole than a pathway to purpose.
I was good at what I did... But every day, I felt like I was building someone else’s dream, not my own.
Then my daughter was born in 2000, and everything shifted. That tiny human made me realise exactly what mattered... and what didn’t.
I didn’t want to keep trading my time to make someone else wealthy. I wanted something of my own.

○ Learned resilience the real way - through challenge
○ Built businesses with my bare hands and big vision
There were moments when budgets didn’t stretch, plans fell apart, and I questioned everything. But every setback became a stepping stone - teaching me resourcefulness, courage, and the absolute necessity of honest reflection.
In 2019, that commitment was recognised with awards including:
○ Businesswoman of the Year
○ Small to Medium Enterprise of the Year
In 2003, I stepped out on my own and never looked back. Since then, I’ve:
